For over 25 years, Chutney's owners Ash and Denise have brought Sarasota the best flavors from the Middle East and India. I love this little gem!

Go for the combo platter. I love the chicken kabobs with hummus and Babaganush. It’s seriously flavorful and perfect for Vegans, people on the Paleo and Gluten free diets, as well as for carnivores.

Also, the mango iced tea is so refreshing!

Chutney's Etc. is located at 1944 Hillview Street in Sarasota.

Garlic Chili Noodles

1 pkg. angel hair

2tsp. Turmeric

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup red hot chili sauce

1/3 cup olive oil

2-4 tbsp. granulated garlic

1 small bunch chopped cilantro

1 small bunch chopped scallion

Cook pasta according to the package in liberally salted water with the

turmeric. The turmeric will color the noodles yellow.

Drain well and toss the liquid ingredients in with the pasta.

Then add garlic, cilantro and scallion and mix together.

Serve warm or room temperature.
