Season steaks with salt and pepper. Lightly brush each steak with mustard,and crust with chopped herbs. Heat a large sautéed pan over high heat,add oil and butter. Sear the steaks until a nice crust has formed round the bottom. Flip the steaks and finish under a broiler.

    John Scalzi and I got so excited about th steak sale that we went to Fresh market and bought sirloins on sale for the freezer- this Sat is the last Sat of the slae so stock up and email me if you need new recipes [beam]
