Gambas al Ajillo (Sautéed shrimp with garlic and butter)

  • 5 each Raw shrimp
  • 2oz Unsalted butter
  • 2tbs Sherry Wine
  • 1tbs Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1tbs Olive oil
  • Salt & red crushed pepper

Heat the oil in a pan and place the shrimp, cook until shrimps change color. Take them out of the pan. Add the sherry wine, then the garlic and butter. Add salt and red crushed pepper to taste. Mix well until you have a creamy butter sauce. Place the shrimp back and serve.

Patatas alioli (Spanish potato salad)

  • 5lb Red potato
  • 1/2lb Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1bunch Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1qt Mayonnaise
  • Salt & white pepper

Cook the potato with salt water. Let it cool and then diced them ½ inch thick. Place the potatoes on a mixing bowl. Add the garlic, parsley and mayonnaise. Mix well and season with salt and white pepper. Serve and enjoy.
