2 granny smith apples (cored, peeled and cut into 8 pieces, per apple)

4oz brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 oz vanilla liquor

3 oz unsalted butter

3 oz of orange juice

1 teaspoon of cinnamon


6 oz de lache spread

4 oz heavy cream

1 stick of unsalted butter

4oz condensed milk

1 glazed donut


2 slices brioch bread

Step One:

Add butter to med to high heated pan. Add apples. Sautee until golden, add sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla liquor and deglaze. Add orange juice, reduce until creamy, caramelized consistency. Take off stove and allow to cool

Step 2:

Add butter to brown sugar to med to high temp. pan. Cook until becomes frothy. Add heavy cream. Reduce for 10 min. Constantly stir. Reduce heat, add condensed milk will become paste like, take off stove, allow to cool.

Step 3:

Slice brie cheese

Step 4:

Wisk 2 eggs, 2oz heavy cream, ½ teaspoon confectionary sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 5:

Slice donut in half, spread caramel on both sides. Place apples and brie cheese on donut. Put top on. Dip in egg wash. Sautee on both sides with clarified butter, on med to high heat, until golden brown. Take out of pan and slice in half.
