Ceviche

 

Ingredients:

  • 6oz White fish (small pieces)
  • 2tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • ¼tsp Garlic paste
  • ¼tsp Ginger paste
  • ¼tsp Celery paste
  • 4oz Lime juice
  • Red onion julienned
  • Peruvian Limo pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1oz Cuzco Corn
  • 1oz Chulpe Corn

In a mixing bowl place the fish and add salt. Then add the ginger paste, garlic paste, celery paste and cilantro. Mix well and add the lime juice and Peruvian limo pepper to taste. Add the onions, mix and serve together with boiled sweet potato, cuzco corn and chulpe corn as garnish.
