Banana Pudding Creme Brulee

Serves 6:

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 2 TBSP vanilla extract

Combine egg yolks, sugar, vanilla in mixing bowl.  Using a rubbur spatula, bring cream to steam, ladle cream into mixture.  Ladle finishe dproduct into dishes.  Place into water bath, and put into oven for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.


Take out and place chopped bananas on top, sprinkle sugar in the raw on top.  Torch until golden brown.  Place whipped cream on vanilla on top.  Chocolate drizzle.  Enjoy.
