Pork Chop with Rosemary Butter Sauce

Blu Mangrove Grill

2 22oz Bone-in pork chop

2 tbsp fresh rosemary

1 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp onion

1 cup chicken stock

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tbsp corn starch

Salt & peppers to taste


Heat a medium nonstick skillet with one tbsp of olive oil. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper, pan sear on each side for about five minutes, finish in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes for medium temperature.


Add butter to sauce pan with onion and garlic saute for about 2 minutes, add rosemary, parsley, and thyme. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, and add corn starch, salt and pepper to taste.
