O&S Tuna Poke Bowl with Sesame Kale

Serving size 1



  • 1 ea  recipe of Sesame Kale

  • 1/3 cup  Sesame Slaw

  • 3/4 cup  Tuna Poke  

  • 1 TBL  Chopped Peanuts

  • 1 tsp  Soy Pearls

  • 3 ea  Bias Slice Cucumbers

  • 3 ea  Bias Thinly Sliced Jalapenos

  • 1.5 oz  Sweet Chili Aioli

  • 1 TBL  Cilantro Mix

  • 1 ea  Sheer Slant Side Bowl


  1. In center of sheer bowl, place Sesame Kale base     

  2. At 3 o'clock place pile of sesame slaw     

  3. At 9 o'clock place pile of tuna poke     

  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over entire surface     

  5. Sprinkle soy pearls over just the tuna poke     

  6. At 12 o'clock place cucumbers fanned out     

  7. In front of cucumbers, place fanned out jalapenos     

  8. Using a squeeze bottle, make a circle of sweet chili aioli around inner rim of bowl     

  9. Garnish with cilantro mix sprinkled over center of bowl   

Sesame Kale



  • 1 TBL  Sesame Oil

  • 3 cups (loose pack)  Marinated Kale

  • 1 tsp  White Sesame Seeds

  • 1/8 tsp each  Salt and Pepper


  1. In a 12" saute pan over med-high heat, heat sesame oil   

  2. When oil is hot, add kale and flash saute.  Do not overcook.   

  3. Season with sesame seeds and salt and pepper   

  4. Toss to combine   

  5. Remove from heat and place in center of sheer bowl for service
