1 qt heavy cream
8 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 TBS Vanilla Extract
3 TBS Nutella
Boil heavy cream, vanilla extract and sugar in a medium sauce pot until cream just begin to boil along the edges of the pot.
Remove pot from heat and stir in egg yolks.
Next, place your 3 TBS of Nutella into your baking dish and then fill with the brulee base once it has cooled.
Place 1/2 inch of water into your pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool for 30 minutes.
Then add banana slices and sugar on top of the creme brulee and use your brulee torch to add the classic bruleed top.
