Ingredients 

  • 4 ounces vanilla soy based yogurt
  • 1 cup acai purre
  • 2 frozen bananas, 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry's
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/2 c vanilla almond milk

Method

Place Acai puree into blender with the frozen banana's and strawberries

Then add in the almond milk and blend smooth

Next place the coconut on a cooking tray and toast at 350 for 5 minutes. 

Once golden brown, remove from oven and let cool. 

You can plate this in any bowl as long as the yogurt goes down first, then the puree we made. Garnish with toasted coconut and slices of fresh banana.
