Kobe Beef Burger with Truffle Parmesan Potato Wedges

8oz ground Kobe beef

1/4 lb Steak fries

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Truffle oil

2 tsp Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Bake steak fries in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Once potato is done in a mixing bowl add potato and Parmesan cheese with parsley and Truffle oil. Toss and set aside.

Mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 tsp of olive oil to frying pan, cook burger for about 4 min. each side for medium rare.

Add to burger your choice of toppings.
