Island Grouper with Coconut Rice | Cafe L'Europe

Mango Salsa

  • ½ Cup Peeled & Diced Cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Jalapeno
  • 1/3 Cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro

Toss all ingredients in large bowl & add lime juice as needed. 

Jalapeno Beurre Blanc

  • 1 Jalapeno Diced And De-Seeded
  • 1/3 Cup Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ Pound Butter
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • Salt, Pepper And Lemon Juice To Taste


1. In sauce pan on medium heat. 

2. Sauté butter, jalapeno and garlic for 3 minutes.

3. Add white Wine vinegar, continue stirring on medium heat until liquid reduces.

4. Wisk in heavy whipping cream, add salt, pepper and lemon to taste. 

5. Sauté black grouper in saucepan, medium heat 3-5 minutes on each side, salt & pepper to taste, top with jalapeno beurre blanc and finish with mango salsa.
