Griddle Burger 

Oak & Stone 


  • Brioche Bun
  • 8 oz Burger Patty
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Blend
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Crispy Onion Threads
  • 2 TBL Secret Sauce
  • 7 oz Seasoned French Fries
  • handful House Pickle slices


  • Split bun and butter the inside of each half and place on flat top griddle until toasted
  • Season both sides of burger patty with salt and pepper and place on flat top griddle
  • Cook to desired temperature
  • Place cheese on burger patty and top with dome lid to melt cheese
  • Place burger patty on bottom bun
  • Top burger with shredded lettuce, emphasizing height
  • Pile crispy onions on top of lettuce
  • Spread secret sauce onto top bun
  • Place top bun onto piled burger, slightly shingled off to one side
