Fat Head BBQ Pork Pizza Low Carb
Gold Rush BBQ
1 and ¾ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
¾ cup Almond flour
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tbs cream cheese
For pizza toppings - Chopped pork
Sugar free BBQ sauce
Pizza cheese of your choice
Roasted red pepper
- Combine almond flour and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Add in cream cheese and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix in egg, salt, onion powder and Italian seasoning and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Shape dough into a ball and place in between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Use a rolling pin on the top layer of the paper and roll the dough into the shape and size of your choice.
- Remove the top layer of paper and bake in a oven at 425 for 10 minutes or until a golden brown.
- Add pizza topping and BBQ sauce bake for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
