Garlic Balsamic Chicken Bake | Spice & Tea Exchange 


  • 2 TBS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1½ TBS onion obsession spice blend
  • ½ TBS Tuscany spice blend
  •  2 cups Brussels sprouts 
  •  4 carrots, cut into 1-inch slices and quartered (about 2 cups)
  • 1 lb of chicken breast
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar


PREPARE a baking tray with olive oil spray, parchment, or a non-stick mat. ADD Brussels sprouts, carrots, and chicken to the tray.

DRIZZLE with balsamic vinegar and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

SPRINKLE all ingredients with Onion Obsession Spice Blend.

ADD Tuscany Spice Blend atop meat only.

TOSS ingredients lightly until well coated.

BAKE, covered with foil, at 375°F for 25 mins.

Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 mins.

*Mix things up: Swap carrots for beets/potatoes, or Brussels sprouts for broccoli/cauliflower.

Try different proteins! Substitute 1 lb of turkey tenderloin or 1 lb boneless center cut pork chops if desired.

Garnish with lemon slices to add a bit of zest.
