Burrata Caprese Served on a Himalayan Salt Block


2 large ripe red tomatoes


Balsamic reduction

Pickled Shallots

Fresh mint

Fresh Basil

Burrata Cheese


Chop tomatoes into bite size pieces

Add tomatoes into mixing

Add in pickled shallots, mint, basil, EVOO, salt. pepper

Once mixed plate on top of salt block with burrata cheese on one end.

Garnish with balsamic reduction and serve.
