Brick’s Smoked Meats Holiday Hours & Offerings

Brick’s Smoked Meats, with beautiful open air and patio seating on State Street, is serving up authentic, central Texas-style ‘cue and live entertainment this holiday season. The restaurant will be open Christmas Eve from 11am-11pm and closed on Christmas Day, with the exception of Holiday Catering Pick Up 10 am-noon. The restaurant will be open New Year’s Eve from 11am-1am and on New Year’s Day from 11am-11pm. Happy Hour is from 2-7pm Daily.

Lively live music will feature the rockabilly based band, Divebombers on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Born in Texas and raised in Sarasota, the multi-talented singersongwriter, John Silvestri will open the night on New Year’s Eve. Cooked low and slow in “Big Red,” the live fire Oyler Smoker, guests can order USDA Prime brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey and St. Louis ribs along with Brick’s signature sides and specialty desserts.

HOLIDAY CATERING/ MEALS:

Complete holiday meals are available December 12th-25th and include USDA Prime Brisket, House Smoked Turkey Breast and a holiday only Boneless Double Smoked Cured Ham with a special Texas glaze of cherries, clove and Dr. Pepper. Also available are traditional holiday items like Sausage Sage Cornbread Dressing, Mashed Sweet Potato Crumble, Cranberry Orange Relish and a PB Pecan Pumpkin Custard, all hand-made from Brick’s special recipes. Brick’s famous sides, appetizers and desserts can also be ordered for your holiday entertaining.

For holiday catering, please order 72 hours in advance. Online Ordering available for orders from 4-30 people.
