Boston Mike's Steak Bombers

Stottlemyer's Smokehouse

16 oz. shaved ribeye

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium yellow sweet onion, sliced

½ fresh or canned mushroom

½ cup provolone cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

2 toasted French rolls

Sauté bell peppers, onions and mushrooms on medium heat then added shredded beef ribeye. Continue to sauté together until beef is cooked. Add provolone cheese and melt, serve inside of toasted French roll.
