A winter-time twist on the traditional mint julep.

1 oz. Rye Wiskey
1 oz. Laird’s Applejack
1 oz. Maple-Rosemary Syrup*
Stir ingredients in a julep cup or a highball glass with crushed ice and garnish with a rosemary spring.
*Combine 2 parts real maple syrup, 1 part water, and a few rosemary sprigs in a saucepan. Bring ingredients to a boil and let rosemary steep for at least one hour before removing it.
