Blackened Chicken Over Artesian Caesar Salad

8oz Boneless, skin-less chicken breast

1 tbsp of magic blackened seasoning

4 tbsp olive oil

1/4 Lemon juice

1/4 tsp chopped garlic

1/4 tsp Worcestershire

2 tbsp granulated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Anchovy paste

salt & peppers to taste


In a medium bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire, anchovy

paste, Parmesan cheese whisk the ingredients together add salt and pepper to taste set dressing aside.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet season the chicken breast with blackened

seasoning pan sear on each side for about five minutes.
