On the most recent edition of Black Almanac, a local middle school was discussed regarding an incident involving supposed racism. Nothing can be further from the truth. The segment was full of lies and false statements. It painted a false picture of one of the best middle schools in our county. Mr James chose to air these lies and push the agenda forwarded by the local NAACP chapter.

Ed James is the MAN! About thirty years ago he helped me understand what was happening politically and socially in Sarasota. He also encouraged me to develop my writing skills. Our skins have different colors and we agree and disagree on many things; then talk about it. It does not matter because we are both on Team Sarasota.

Can anyone please tell me about Dr. Ed James's education? Did he actually earn a doctorate, or is his title honorific?
