Great things to do around the Suncoast this weekend.

The 40th Annual Sarasota Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree on Main Street in Sarasota takes place this weekend and next. There's a new music director, so there'll be a whole new show.

Peter Pan opens at the Manatee Performing Arts Center and runs through December 22nd.

The Sarasota Downtown Parade is Saturday night at 7pm down Main Street, featuring I15 units and 6 bands.

And the 2nd annual Bradenton Blues Festival will be at the Bradenton Riverwalk on Saturday. Gates open at 10am.

The Venice Holiday Boat Parade begins at 6pm on Saturday.  It runs along the Intracostal Waterway from Nokomis through Venice.
