SARASOTA, Fla. -- August is officially here, bringing with it steamy temps, high humidity, and the annual back to school sales tax holiday. Running from Friday, August 1 through Sunday, August 3, the temporary tax cut creates real savings for shoppers stocking up on school supplies, clothing, athletic equipment, and more.
