RECIPE:

500g Milk chocolate

300g Feiulletine

120g Chopped roasted hazelnuts

230g Currants

Method:

1. Temper or simply melt the milk chocolate.

2. Mix all other ingredients into the milk chocolate.

3. Working quickly, spoon into small piles and chill.
