10 oz Local Heirloom Tomatoes from Gamble Creek Farms
½ lbs Arugula
4oz Chopped Mint
8oz Goat Cheese
4oz Crème Friache
8oz Olive Tapenade
Mix goat cheese and crème friache and spread on bottom of plate.
Place the olive tapenade over the mixture of goat cheese and crème friache.
In a bowl toss the heirlooms, arugula, mint, and pinch of salt with olive oil and place over the cheese and tapenade mixture.
