Friends always tell me my soup tastes lime Thanksgiving in a bowl Thats because other than pie i add most of the leftovers and make the soup in the turkey toasting pan to enhance all the flavors

Turkey carcass. Remove skin

2 chicken stock or turkey stock

Leftover carrots and celery from relish tray 1chopped onion 1cup mashed potatoes Leftover green bean casserole Leftover squash  Simmer season Freeze until you are no longer  tired of turkey and thanksgiving
