¼ SWEET ONION DICED
¼ GREEN PEPPER DICED
¼ RED PEPPER DICED
¼ JALAPENO DICED
¼ BUNCH OF CILANTRO ROUGH CHOPPED
4- OUNCES OF GOOD KIELBASA QUARTERED AND SLICED
2-TBL SPOONS OF CANOLA OIL
8-OUNCES OF BLACK BEANS FULLY COOKED
4-6 INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS
4-PINCHES OF CHEDDAR JACK CHEESE
IN A 6 QUART SAUCE POT ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, PLACE OIL, ONION, PEPPERS, KIELBASA, AND CILANTRO. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES. ADD BLACK BEANS, FOLD IN SPICES AND COOK UNTIL BEANS ARE HOT AND ALL INGREDIENTS ARE BLENDED. REMOVE FROM STOVE AND FILL 1 SPOONFUL OF BLACK BEANS IN EACH TORTILLA AND WRAP.
GARNISH WITH CARIBBEAN JERKED RUBBED, GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS.
8-LARGE WINGS, 1-T-SPOON OF CANOLA OIL, I-T-SPOON OF CARIBBEAN JERK SPICE. RUB WINGS WITH OIL AND DUST WITH SPICE. CHAR-GRILL FOR 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE AND REMOVE. FINISH IN 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 10-12 MINUTES, OR LONGER IF YOU DESIRE. REMOVE AND BASTE WITH A FAVORITE HOT SAUCE
