Fig and Cinnamon Bourbon

Ingredients: 1 bottle of bourbon, 15 fresh figs.

Storage procedure: Dark room at 66 degrees

Filtering process: Coffee filters, Strainer, funnel, pitcher, 2 large jars with tight fitting lid.

Step 1: Wash and cut fresh figs in 1/2. Place half of the figs in one jar and the other half in the second jar. Put half of your favorite bourbon in each jar. Tightly close lids on jars.

Step 2: Place your jars in a dark, 66 degree temp room for 4 days, Shake jars 3 to 5 times a day.

Step 3; On the fourth day remove jars and add 1 stick of cinnamon to each jar. Tightly close lids on jars. Put back in dark room for two more days. Shaking jars 3 to 5 times a day.

Step 4: Remove all big pieces of fruit and cinnamon stick from jars. Place coffee filter in strainer over pitcher. Pour bourbon into coffee filter. Bourbon will filter through and become pure liquid. Then pour bourbon through funnel back into favorite empty bourbon bottle. Refrigerate and enjoy.

Fig Nog

1 ½ oz Fig and cinnamon bourbon

2 ½ oz Eggnog

Clementine & Basil vodka

Ingredients:                                     1 bottle of vodka, 8 clementines, 30 fresh basil leaves.

Storage Procedure:                      Dark room at 66 degrees.

Filtering process:                            Coffee filters, strainer, funnel, pitcher, 2 large jars with tight fitting lid.

Step 1:                                               Wash and cut clementines in ¼. Place half of the clementines in one jar and the other half in the second jar. Put ½ bottle of your favorite vodka in each jar. Tightly close lids on jars.

Step 2:                                               Place jars in dark, 66 degree temp room for 4 days, Shake jars 3 to 5 times a day.

Step 3:                                               On fourth day, remove jars from room. Break up approximately 15 basil leaves for each jar. Close lids tightly and shake. Place jars back in dark room for two more days. Shaking jars 3 to 5 times a day.

Step 4:                                               Remove all big pieces of fruit and basil. Place coffee filter in strainer over pitcher. Pour vodka into coffee filter. Vodka will filter through and become pure liquid. Then pour vodka through funnel back into clean favorite vodka bottle. Refrigerate and enjoy.

Clementine Creamsicle

2 ½ oz Clementine and Basil vodka

1 oz Sweet condensed milk

2 oz Liquid ice cream

Shake and strain into martini glass
