Stemming from the concept of "the joy of the movement based on knowledge", this class will help increase your energy and get your blood pumping! A powerful fusion between yoga, science, dance, and martial arts, this class falls into the category of exercises referred to as "Body and Mind". The program is unique and easy to practice with fast results. The main results being back pain relief and body strengthening!
Port de Bras has incredible benefits:
-improves concentration and balance
-harmonizes the body and mind
-positive effect on fat burning, followed by visible weight loss
-corrects body posture
-extends shortened muscles, easing pressure off the spine and joints and enhancing fitness and grace of movements
