The topic for this date is the plant family of Leguminacea (or, legumes). This talk will focus on the grain legumes (a.k.a., pulses) which includes crops such as peas, green beans, mung beans, adzuki beans, chick peas, black eyed beans, lentils, lima beans, winged beans, peanuts, etc.
