Have you ever thought of trying yoga but felt you weren't strong or flexible enough? So did Linda Watterworth until she finally decided to give yoga a try at age 40. Over the following ten years she developed a passion for the practice and at the age of 50 she became a registered yoga instructor herself. Linda believes that ANYONE can practice yoga - it just takes a willingness to try. This gentle yoga class will focus on breathing, stress relief, and relaxation and is suitable for adults of all ages.
Space is limited and expected to fill quickly - participants are required to register for each date individually and are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat from home.
