WHAT:            The Table Offers Delectable Menu for Savor Sarasota

                        The Table, Sarasota’s award-winning restaurant with spectacular water views, will be offering a three-course dinner menu created especially for the occasion by Chef Pedro for Savor Sarasota, June 1 – June 14.  Featuring globally-inspired dishes, the menu offers the choice of one appetizer, one entrée and a decadent dessert.

MENU:            First Course (Choice of one)

Portuguese Grilled Octopus Risotto, Roasted pumpkin pesto, crispy pea leaves.

Peruvian Roasted Duck Carpaccio, California peach slaw, tamarind gastrique, buttermilk leeks crisp.

Watermelon Heirloom Tomato Antipasto, Hearts of palm, olives, roasted peppers, candied pecans.

Second Course (Choice of one)

Japanese-styled Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Roasted orzo rock shrimp succotash, California radish gremolata.

Veal Skirt Steak Escardini, Polenta lasagna, charred broccolini spears, heirloom tomato fondue.

Lamb Meatloaf, Heirloom tomato jam, Spanish Manchego, creamy orzo, crispy spinach leaves.

Dinner Third Course (Choice of one)

Gorgonzola Baked Italian Custard, Grand Marnier caramel.

Peach Cobbler, French vanilla bean ice cream.
