BRADENTON, Fla. – Spark Growth Sarasota-Bradenton hosts the 3.0 Leaders Conference 2015 this April giving thought-leaders and lifelong learners in Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida an opportunity to connect with national 3.0 Leaders in the fields of education, business, technology, and funding. Speakers and panelists from around North America have joined the 3.0 Leaders Conference 2015 because Florida is developing a reputation as a "thought hub" for tackling change and getting things done.
In a world that has become more connected than ever before, where regular transformational change is the norm and not the exception, and as individuals and organizations are bombarded with information, this conference tackles the "how" of navigating these new realities. Participants will learn to successfully integrate and utilize the value propositions of the incredibly diverse modern workforce of boomers through digital natives that not only differ in workplace culture but may increasingly be outsourced or employed as remote workers.
3.0 Leaders will also address a core set of new and existing truisms. Common in most people is a resistance to change, old models of planning are outdated because by the time the plan is complete the rules have changed, and the power of collaboration lies within open networks of leaders. 3.0 Leaders are life-long learners where every day is market research, a day to examine what is still relevant and what is not. They are not afraid of the new and look for those areas that produce disruptive game changing innovations. They harness these new realities and channel them into their efforts to get things done.
Attendees will network with professionals in education, business, technology, and funding, discovering solutions while collaborating with other thought-leaders to help our communities meet the challenges of our fast-moving society and rapidly changing 3.0 World. Each day will include keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking that "makes a difference" for opportunities with like-minded experts across multiple spheres of influence. Topics discussed will challenge attendee theories, methods and perspectives, influence practices, and enhance professional competencies. You won’t leave this conference the way you arrived.
A partial list of participants are: Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), Northeast Indiana Innovation Center, National Business Incubation Association (NBIA), Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute New Venture Development, For the Love of Cities, Chief Innovation Officer Saint Leo University, Massive U/Gamba Family Foundation, ETCube International/Advanced Fluidics LLC, Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation, VentureWell (formerly NCIIA), Purdue Center for Regional Development, School District of Manatee County, Canadian Association of Business Incubation (CABI), University of Tampa School of Entrepreneurship, Links Financial, World Bank, former Sun Hydraulics executive, Minty Fresh Digital, Manatee and Pasco County Commissioners, Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, Ringling College of Art and Design, Global Accelerator Network, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, University of Central Florida (UCF), and more.
