Sarasota, Fla. -- Andrea’s, the city’s premier destination for fine Italian contemporary cuisine, is celebrating the truffle season by introducing an especially created menu that makes the summer truffle the star. Available now through August 31, the three-course menu is available for $36.95 per person.
Summer truffle season is a long-time favorite of Chef Andrea. Drawn by the summer truffle’s delicate aroma and enticing flavor, these new dishes showcase a variety of delectable ways the summer truffle can be prepared.
“I always strive to use the freshest ingredients in my dishes,” says Chef Andrea. “I love to provide my guests with new dishes as things come in season. I had a great deal of fun perfecting the flavor profile of each dish, and I know my guests will enjoy eating them as much as I had creating them.”

Andrea Bozzolo was born in Pallanza in Piedmont, Italy. His passion for food dates to childhood days spent at his grandparents’ farm. He studied at the highly regarded hotel school in Stresa, Italy, and worked in Europe before moving to Siesta Key in 2003 after vacationing on the barrier island the year before. Now Chef Andrea Bozzolo brings his unique culinary creativity, expertise and passion for the art of food and wine to southwest Florida.
Andrea’s Truffle Menu is available in addition to Andrea’s Summer Menu which is $27.95 per person and is offered through the end of October. The Summer Menu features three splendid courses that express the culinary creativity and artistry of Andrea Bozzolo.
