Bette Zirkelbach, the manager of the Turtle Hospital in Marathon, examines 'Charley,' a tagged juvenile loggerhead sea turtle that was released in June 2012 off Santa Marta, Colombia, and rescued Tuesday, May near the Florida Keys.
