A Place We Call Home

Ever wish you could go back to the good ole days, out in the country, with space between you and your neighbors, but still have  all the benefits of modern technology?

Siesta Key and it's beach, named best in the country attracts some 350,000visitors a year. But to some 24,000 year round residents, its a place we call home.

If you've lived on the Suncoast awhile, you may think you are familiar with most of the neighborhoods. But after you get off the main drag and go deeper into a community, you may find many things that surprise you.

Each week, we feature a community here on the Suncoast in a series called, "A place We Call Home." This week ABC 7's Linda Carson shows us more about the Laurel community.
