The 2017 Hurricane Season has ended
The 2017 East Pacific Hurricane Season has ended. The season featured a total of 18 named systems and two depressions which were not named.
No tropical cyclones
As of Thursday morning, EST, there are no tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific Ocean basin. The area of low pressure located to the southeast of Guam has dissipated and is no longer expected to
develop into a significant tropical cyclone at this time.
Elsewhere, tropical development is not expected for the next few days.
No new information for this time period.
