SARASOTA, FL. - A Sarasota man found on a dot-com babysitter service is arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct on a toddler.

A report from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office says the victim's mother found 29-year-old Gregory Chiappelloni on a website called sittercity.com. He was hired in 2007 to babysit her three boys.

According to a background check, Chiappelloni has no criminal history and used to be a certified nursing assistant.

The victim that was three at the time of the incident, is now 5-years-old and told the family member about the lewd and lascivious act. The boy also told authorities his brothers were in another room watching TV during the incident.

The report says Chiappelloni babysat the boys' about seven times from May through September in 2007.

When he was picked up Monday morning on a warrant for his arrest, Chiappelloni reportedly swung at and bit the deputy on scene.

He is charged with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct on a Child and Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and is being held in the Sarasota County Jail without bond.
