BRADENTON - A 43-year-old medical billing clerk and green enthusiast from Bradenton has a new home.

Marsha Coulthard won the grand-prize in HGTV's Green Home Giveaway. Her prize is a $850,000 home in the new development of Tradition Hilton Head, South Carolina.

The low-country style cottage is eco-friendly and fully furnished with over 2,000 square feet.

Coulthard also won a 2008 GMC Yukon hybrid.

The winner says she entered the contest almost every day.

Coulthard was the one winner chosen from 21 million entries.
