SARASOTA -- It's another sign of the improving economy.  The Pei Wei Asian Dinner opens on Monday.

The restaurant is part of a national chain of restaurants, based on parent company P.F. Chang's.  Their entire menu is $10 or less.

Pei Wei is in the University Park shopping center, at the corner of Cooper Creek Blvd. and University Parkway.

Officials with the Benderson Development Compnay say this opening, and several other in the area, are part of a new wave of economic development.
