Ingredients

  • 2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum 
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Wood chips
  • Smoking Gun
  • Wine Decanter

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 45 seconds.
  3. Smoke a wine decanter with a smoking gun and wood chips until filled with smoke.
  4. Pour wine decanter ingredients into martini glass and top with nutmeg
