- Butternut squash
Preheat the oven to 420, Cut the butternut squash length wise and place it in a baking pan in one cm of water. Place it in the oven for almost 50 minutes (for faster option find the precut butternut squash at your grocery store and microwave for 5 minutes). When done cut it and place in the food processor along with a pear after removing the core, add a dash of nutmeg and blend until smooth.
